Happy Birthday Catherine. Here's a photo that your teacher took today–look at those teeth! Oh yeah, Mommy snapped this other one when you were digging in the trash can for those Mylar balloons from Alexander's birthday party. Yes, they lasted that long.
Let's see, at one year old you're:
- walking
- waving goodbye
- saying "ball", in addition to momma & dada
- shaking your head back and forth like a crazy woman. (see also Mother)
- able to stick your bottom lip out on command (pout)
- always smiling
- always on the phone. Real ones. Drool and Blackberry's don't mix.
- riding skateboards (Alexanders, you sit and lean forward, holding on to the front sides)
- riding in Power Wheels (thank Patrick for fixing the truck & driving you around)
- still holding my finger as you roam the house. I love it. I know those days are numbered.
- still not playing with any of your toys
- sleeping very well through the night (the other night you woke up and sung yourself back to sleep. beautiful.)
- eating everything, not picky at all
- love wrestling with your brothers
- hiding under the table behind the couch
The list could go on.
We love you lollipop.
